These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 44db platform and all services operated under it. 44db is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

By registering an account on 44db, browsing the platform, or using any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the following terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this platform.

44db reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2.1 Eligibility

To create an account on 44db, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Have a valid mobile number and email address;
• Provide your real name, identity, and contact details;
• Not reside in any area where online gaming is completely prohibited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. If a user creates multiple accounts or attempts to claim bonuses from multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. 44db will never ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

44db may request identity verification documents (national ID, passport, etc.) at any time. If documents are not submitted, withdrawals or certain account features may be temporarily suspended. 44db reserves the right to close an account if the information provided is found to be false or misleading.

2.5 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If there is a valid balance at the time of closure, it will be returned through the standard withdrawal process; however, bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.

3.1 Deposit

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds on 44db are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. The maximum deposit amount depends on each method's own policy and your account limits.

Deposits may only be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited, and in such cases the account may be suspended without a refund.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a registered method after KYC verification.

Before withdrawing, please ensure that your account has no active bonus wagering requirements, as withdrawals of the principal amount may be restricted until those requirements are met.

3.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions on 44db are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals in any other currency are not supported.

3.4 Taxes & Liability

It is entirely the user's own responsibility to comply with any applicable taxes or legal obligations on winnings. 44db does not provide any personal tax advice.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳22,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. The current wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

Example: if you receive a bonus of ৳1,000, you must place a total of ৳25,000 (1,000 × 25) in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games or markets — full details will be stated in the specific terms of each bonus.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the one accepted first must be completed first.
• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is still active, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to a friend or any third party.

4.4 Bonus Withdrawal

44db reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses may be cancelled if irregular activity or a breach of terms is suspected.

5.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled. 44db uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure betting fairness. Any bet left incomplete due to a technical error will be cancelled or settled at 44db's discretion.

5.2 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports markets are subject to change, and the odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, all bets on that event will be voided and the stake returned to the account. 44db is not liable for losses resulting from network issues during live betting.

5.3 Casino & Slots

In casino games and slots, each spin or round is independent and not influenced by previous results. The rules of individual game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) also apply. In the event of a disruption to a live casino game, 44db will review the logs to make a decision.

5.4 Misconduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses;
• Placing automated bets using software or bots;
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to win unfairly;
• Colluding with other players to place bets (collusion);
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.

44db's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with weekly cashback and special benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier placement depends on your activity on the platform. 44db may change the VIP program structure at any time. Cashback amounts are always determined at 44db's final discretion.

There are no separate wagering requirements before withdrawing VIP cashback — however, standard bonus terms still apply as usual.

7.1 Data Collection & Use

Your name, contact details, and payment information provided at registration are collected. This information will be used solely for account management, identity verification, and improving the service. Data is not sold to third parties.

10.1 Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between 44db and the user and supersede all prior oral or written understandings on this subject.

10.2 Severability

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Assignment of Rights

The user may not transfer any of their rights or obligations under these terms to a third party. 44db may transfer its rights and obligations where necessary.
